Missing, damaged, stained, wet, excessively dirty, or incomplete canopy items, parts, weights, bags, accessories, or rental items may result in additional fees.

Premier Pop-Up Co. may delay setup, refuse setup, require relocation, or remove the canopy if weather, wind, ground conditions, surface conditions, or event location conditions are unsafe.
